As a Certified Health Coach, the next natural step was to share everything that I've learned about health mixed with faith and the fulfilling journey that it can be.

Each episode is designed to meet you where you are, offering simple, doable insights you can actually apply without overwhelm or guilt.

Hi, I’m Kathy — a Certified Health Coach and the voice behind Wellness God’s Way.
My interest in health and wellness started long before it became my work. After facing serious health challenges early in life and later navigating seasons that stretched me emotionally and spiritually, I became deeply curious about how the human body works — and how we can care for it well.
That curiosity eventually led me to become a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I learned just how interconnected our health really is — physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual.
But even with all that knowledge, something was still missing.
It wasn’t until I intentionally invited God into my own wellness journey that things began to shift in a deeper, more lasting way. Health stopped feeling like something to strive for or control, and started to look more like stewardship — caring for what God has entrusted to us with faith, intention, and grace.
On this podcast, I share what I’m learning along the way — blending practical health coaching, whole-person wellness, and faith-centered perspective — to help you take small, sustainable steps toward true and lasting wellness.
